The following posts are to be awarded:
Receptionist (m/f) – annual office or seasonal office
- Annual position from 1 April 2019 or seasonal position from 1 April 2019
- Earnings: from € 1,590 gross starting salary (for 40 hours) depending on qualification
- November, January, March weekends mostly free working days
We would be happy to inform you in advance about your tasks at our reception:
- Telephone service (requests and confirmations)
- Check-in and check-out of guests (accounting)
- Support for guests (information about region and activities)
- Email traffic (answer enquiries and send confirmations)
- Various reception and accounting work
- Day bar and breakfast service
- Representation of the Executive Board
Requirements:
- Friendliness and cleanliness
- Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
- Very good computer skills
- Ideally experience with a reservation program (Fidelio)
- Flexibility
- Professional experience in the hotel or catering industry is an advantage
- Interest and motivation for working with different cultures

- Breakfast
- Care of guests, coffee service, storage of dishes and re-covering
- Mise en Place for the next day for breakfast + for afternoon service/evening service
- A la Carte Service
- Afternoon service, Mise en place for evening preparation, accounting
- Beverage service, food serving, delivery service, guest care
- Mise enplace
- Various auxiliary work: support of the reception, flower casting, carrying suitcases, tidying up, restaurant sucking etc.
