The culinary festival on Lake Wolfgangsee
At the start of the new season, we are particularly pleased to be part of the MundART Roas - a festival where culinary art becomes art. Our creative head chef Valentin Schober will be conjuring up the starter of the 5-course culinary trail in our in-house à la carte restaurant Ledererhaus:
Salmon trout from the Wolfgangsee fisherman "Höplinger" Camelina with buttermilk & cucumber - regional, fresh and refined - a delicious combination of spring and the region.
Registration takes place directly via Wolfgangsee Tourismus.
