The recreation area and the sunbathing lawn can be used from 13.00 on the day of arrival.
The use of the sunbathing lawn and the recreation area is possible until 13.00 on the day of departure at no extra charge.

Use of the sauna and nude area is permitted for guests aged 16 and over.

Use of the fitness & yoga area is permitted for guests aged 16 and over.

It is possible from the age of 12 if accompanied by parents.

• Our bathing and relaxation area is only accessible to hotel guests.
• The Restaurant Ledererhaus is open from 18:00 for dinner for external guests, in the afternoon the restaurant is open on request.

We would like to politely inform you that dogs are only permitted if registered on the day of the enquiry/booking, as only certain categories are eligible. Later registrations can no longer be considered due to the room allocation. A total of 3 dogs are allowed in the hotel per day and a maximum of 1 dog per room.

For your four-legged companions we charge € 25 per day per dog without food.

In order to enable guests with and without dogs to have a pleasant stay, we ask you to observe our dog rules:

• At breakfast, your dog is welcome in the front area, in the lobby or on the terrace. It is not allowed in the rear buffet area by the restaurant.
• Your dog is allowed on the sunbathing lawn on a lead .
• Small and large "stores" are not allowed on the sunbathing lawn! Please walk him regularly outside the house. We ask you to do this out of respect for the other hotel guests.
• Upholstered furniture in all areas, whether in the lobby, in the garden, in the room or in bed, is taboo for all dogs. We are happy to provide you with your own dog blanket.
• In the event of heavy soiling, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of € 60 per day.

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
In the event of cancellation 29 - 7 days before arrival, we charge 40%,
from 6 - 2 days 70% and from 1 day, no-show or early departure 90% of the agreed price.

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 15 days before the date of arrival.
If canceled 14 - 8 days before arrival, we charge 40 %,
