A winner will be selected at random from all the answers and contacted by private message (only from the official Hotel Seevilla social media account!).

The competition is organized by Hotel Seevilla Wolfgangsee e.U. The competition is in no way connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram. All questions, comments or complaints about the competition should be directed exclusively to HOTEL SEEVILLA and not to Facebook or Instagram. The HOTEL SEEVILLA WOLFGANGSEE E.U. indemnifies Facebook and Instagram from all liability claims in relation to the competition. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but the HOTEL SEEVILLA WOLFGANGSEE E.U.

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the conditions of participation. HOTEL SEEVILLA WOLFGANGSEE E.U. is responsible for the organization, processing, prize provision and prize distribution. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. The competition is aimed exclusively at consumers.

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE

Participation in the competition takes place by commenting on (liking, sharing etc.) the competition post during the competition period. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following conditions of participation regarding the competition procedure. The participant declares that he or she has reached the age of 18. Natural persons with their main place of residence within the EU are eligible to participate. The participant is the owner of the Facebook or Instagram profile. The participant agrees that HOTEL SEEVILLA WOLFGANGSEE E.U. collects all data necessary for the implementation and processing of the competition. All participants are entitled to withdraw their participation in the HOTEL SEEVILLA WOLFGANGSEE E.U. competition at any time (in writing to welcome@seevilla.co.at).

ORGANIZATION OF THE COMPETITION

Participation in the competition is only possible in the period from 24.01.2025 up to and including 31.01.2025, 23:59. Multiple entries are possible and increase the chances of winning. In addition, a story mention with a link to @seevillawolfgangsee can increase the chance of winning. The exact redemption procedure will be communicated to the winner after the draw. The winners will be selected at random and the winners will be notified by 01.02.2025. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification to the HOTEL SEEVILLA WOLFGANGSEE E.U. within 3 working days of receipt and, in the course of this, provide the HOTEL SEEVILLA WOLFGANGSEE E.U. with the data required for the transmission of the respective prize. Otherwise, the HOTEL SEEVILLA WOLFGANGSEE E.U. is entitled to draw a new winner. The winners will be determined in camera. The winner will only be contacted by an official HOTEL SEEVILLA WOLFGANGSEE E.U. social media account. The claim to the prize cannot be assigned. Warranty or guarantee claims for prizes against the HOTEL SEEVILLA WOLFGANGSEE E.U. are excluded. No invoices will be issued for prizes. The prize can also be subsequently revoked and/or reclaimed if it was obtained through manipulation or other violation of the applicable laws, other legal provisions or these conditions of participation. The organizer reserves the right to provide an adequate substitute prize if the prize originally presented at

ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROFIT

The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The prize will be sent to the winner via a shipping partner. The prize will only be delivered to a delivery address in Austria/Germany. The HOTEL SEEVILLA WOLFGANGSEE E.U. reserves the right, if the prize has not been accepted within 3 working days, to redraw the prize draw among the remaining participants, if time permits or at a later date. Furthermore, HOTEL SEEVILLA WOLFGANGSEE E.U. reserves the right to end the competition prematurely if external circumstances make this necessary or if there is a requirement by external parties.

Cash payment, payment in kind or exchange of prizes is not possible. The prize is non-transferable. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize due to other factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the competition. The decisions of HOTEL SEEVILLA WOLFGANGSEE E.U. are final. Inquiries in this regard cannot be answered.
